Do you offer monogramming or personalization?
Garden Folly Fine Linens is primarily a source for beautiful blank linen products. We may offer select embroidered linens for sale from time to time but do not personalize or monogram linens.
What thread colors should I use for embroidery on your products?
There are a number of high quality thread brands on the market. We typically use Madeira thread and have developed a chart which you can download here to keep handy. The colors recommended on the chart are meant to compliment the colors of our products and are not intended to be exact matches.
May I sell items stitched with your embroidery designs?
The embroidery design files on this site are owned by Garden Folly Fine Linens. They may be stitched out on items sold for profit, however, the designs themselves may NOT be sold, shared, traded, transferred or exchanged in any way.
Do you offer Wholesale Accounts?
Garden Folly Fine Linens are available wholesale to qualified embroidery businesses and fine linens retailers. To purchase our products wholesale please visit our wholesale page and complete the application. We will notify you within a few days if your business is approved.
What are your Wholesale minimums?
We believe in supporting small businesses so our minimum for any wholesale order is a low $100. Order only what you need and keep inventories low.
Where are your linens made?
Garden Folly Fine Linens sources from around the world. We strive for the highest quality of materials and workmanship. Our products are made from 100% European linen and manufactured in the same factories as some of the world's most noted luxury linen brands.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on our Home Page, from Greater Boston by USPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Consult USPS.com for more accurate shipping times based on your destination.
Do you accept returns?
Garden Folly Fine Linens will accept return merchandise within 21 days from delivery. All merchandise must be in saleable new condition and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Embroidery designs are final sale and non-returnable due to the digital nature.
How do I make a return?
Only products in saleable new condition in original packaging are eligible for return. Please allow 1-3 weeks for credit to the original form of payment. To return products please include a copy of your invoice and reason for the return and mail to:
